Refund Policy

At Liverpool School of Plastering, we understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending your scheduled course. In these cases, we offer the following refund policy:


Should you cancel within 48 hours of placing the order, we will issue you with a full refund minus 5% administrative charge.
Please note, visa and master card can take up to 5 working days to process this order (this is out of our control).
Should you wish to change the dates of the course, we can do this free of change.

If you need to cancel your enrolment on a course, you must notify us at least 10 working days prior to the start date of the course. If you notify us within this time frame, we will refund the full course fee minus a 20% administrative charge.

If you need to cancel your enrolment less than 10 working days prior to the start date of the course, we will not be able to offer a refund. However, you may be able to transfer your enrolment to a future course, subject to availability 

In the event that Liverpool School of Plastering needs to cancel a course, we will provide you with a full refund of the course fee.

Please note that if you do not show up for a course and do not notify us in advance. We will be unable to offer you a refund or rearrange the day that was missed. Please reach out to us as soon as possible as you will still be able to attend the remainder of your course. 

We reserve the right to make changes to this refund policy at any time. If you have any questions about our refund policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.
